Jackie is the latest addition to our team and comes with a wealth of experience in the healthcare, education and disability fields. Previously working in libraries and schools, she has now been at Allied Health Assistant since 2023, and has spent over a year working in a rehabilitation ward at Cabrini Health, helping people strengthen themselves before returning home.

Seeing patients progress was rewarding but having conversations with them was the best part, and she looks forward to making connections with the Home Active Physiotherapy community.

Jackie believes that health includes all aspects of ourselves, including, social, mental and of course, physical. Growing up Jackie loved ballet and tap dancing, but now she’s traded her tap shoes for grippy socks at pilates. She is also a keen wakeboarder and olympic weightlifter.

She takes a wholistic approach to her own health, and prioritises quality time with friends and family, often in nature. Swimming in saltwater, crunching through the bush or relaxing in the park make Jackie happy.
